When you send a client to Sher Law Group, you're trusting us with your reputation. We treat every referral — and every referring attorney — accordingly.
Sher Law Group accepts referrals and engages in co-counsel relationships with attorneys throughout Arizona. We also assist out of state attorneys that need to litigate claims that originate in Arizona. Attorneys often have cases that require filing suit but they do not have the time or resources to litigate the claim. Some firms focus on resolving cases pre-suit but may decide to refer out cases that need to be litigated because the insurance carrier refuses to provide a reasonable settlement offer.
At Sher Law Group, we can assist another attorney by filing suit and litigating the claim. Once the claim is resolved we will split fees in accordance with E.R. 1.5.
